Great assortment and it looked so fresh. Employees were awful. Stood at the counter for abt 4 mins with all of them taking care of orders but did not say anything like I’ll be right with you. Some of them actually avoided all eye contact. When it was my turn, the girl didn’t even say anything and just stood at the register. I was looking outside since it was taking a long time. 4 mins doesn’t sound long but to be there at the counter ignored, it seemed like a while. Here is the girl that helped me after a while and was not very nice…

Fantastic tasting and beautiful pastry shop close to Disney! Very fairly priced food and drink that beats Starbucks by a landslide. We got the Ham and Cheese pastry, almond croissant, Korean iced milk coffee, and an iced matcha latte! All spectacular! Matcha is a little on the sweet side!

Ordered the catering box and it was ready super quickly. Impressed with the quality and food presentation. Everything looked and tasted great! I highly recommend the catering boxes for your next event/get to together. Con is the price, paid about $72 per box.

Absolutely loved this bakery cafe! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotless and very clean. The Mocha Cake slice was delicious, definitely highly recommended! They also have a great variety of pastries and cakes to choose from. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!

We ordered a wedding cake from Paris Baguette Anaheim 1 month in advance through their website, including delivery. 8am on the morning of our wedding day, they informed us that they couldn't provide the chocolate tier and only offered vanilla. The worst thing was the cake arrived completely collapsed and unusable for cake cutting, which caused distress and ruined a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Afterward, we repeatedly followed up with the store. They blamed the delivery service which they outsourced. We ordered the cake and delivery service from their official website as we trusted their brand and they failed us. After multiple calls and follow-ups, the store manager agreed to provide full refund for our whole order. However after 3 weeks, we only received partial refund. We called the store manager again, she ignored what she told us before and said that's all they can offer, no full refund. I also asked if there is any way I can escalate this up to her manager or file a formal complain. She told me that she's the escalation level, they've sent their apology. We can do whatever we like. We are extremely unsatisfied and shocked by this kind of service we got from a big bakery
